BreadFruits – Brunch

Brunch culture is currently booming in Malaysia. We tend to have nice breakfast during the weekends after a hectic week. Ever so frequently now, a new cafe is opened which serves brunch. It’s difficult to stand out from the mushrooming numbers of cafe unless it provides something different. One cafe that surely stands out from the crowd for me is BreadFruits.

I’ve heard about BreadFruits from social media. The thing that caught my eye with this cafe is the usage of fresh and natural ingredients in their food and drinks. In Melbourne, ingredients used are fresh and of good quality as it is easily obtained. However, in Malaysia, it’s hard to find fresh produce. If it is, it would be expensive.

I’ve visited BreadFruits three times since then and it has not failed me.

Upon entering the cafe, there is an area catered to selling fruits. Fruits can be bought and cut upon request to be eaten in the cafe. So you are sure to get a balanced diet here!

Healthy, delicious brunch items

I have tried the bacon guacamole BLT with egg, carbonara with 7-minute egg, french toast with bacon and bananas, coffee and juices from my few visits here. Coffee and juices here are good. Natural pure honey is used in most drinks as a sweetener instead of sugar.

You know that feeling when you leave a restaurant feeling thirsty because of the amount of salt or MSG in the food consumed? Well, you will not get that here! So move along and make a visit to BreadFruits.
